Katrin Y. Dambrot is Past President (2015-2017) of the FWA (Financial Women's Association- www.fwa.org), a leading professional Association in the global financial services industry. She has also served in many other leadership roles and continues to serve.
As a Principal of the Company, Katrin brings a wealth of corporate experience from such companies as Unilever, Pepsico, Seagram, Beneficial Corporation, BNY Mellon and Primedia. Katrin has consulted on product/service development and marketing strategy with such firms as Citibank, D&B, PwC, Prudential, New York Life Investment Management, Staples, IBM, Schering Plough, Cambrex and many others as well as with foreign governments and the UN. Katrin is multi-lingual. She has also lectured widely to associations, industry groups and universities.
Katrin was elected to the Board of Governors of Antioch University in 2014 and serves on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the Audit Committee. She also serves as a member of the Finance Committee as well as sustainability task force and previously served on the Compensation Committee. Katrin served on the Dean's Advisory Council of Baruch College, CUNY, Zicklin School of Business from 2015-2017.
She has also served as a judge for the American Marketing Association’s EFFIE awards and was past chair of the AMA/New York Volunteer Action Committee as well as chair of the Morris County Association for Foreign Trade. She has served as a mentor for Columbia University Graduate School of Business’ Global Social Venture Competition.
Katrin is a Managing Director at Taplow Executive Search where she brings her experience to issues of understanding cultural and skill set changes in the workplace as companies and markets evolve.
