Bill Gerety joins Taplow Executive Search with over 35 years of Senior Executive Management experience at public companies, privately owned businesses and in the US military. In his civilian career, Bill held senior executive positions across in the High-Technology and Service industries, with particular emphasis on developing and implementing new strategies to lead struggling businesses and evaluating competitive positioning to optimize company growth and shareholder value. In his military career, Bill gained additional experience in the High-Tech industry, serving as chief strategist for the Army’s CIO at The Pentagon where he worked on cyber network operations and coupling developing technology and trends with the emerging needs of the army.
Prior to Taplow, Bill was President and CEO of Symplicity, Inc, Dataline, LLC, Spacenet, Inc, and Astrolink International, LLC. He has a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology as well as two MS degrees, one in Acquisition Management and the other in Strategic Studies
