Darryl Miller joins Taplow Executive Search to extend our successful executive search and business growth consulting practice. Darryl has over 30 years of successful Business Growth, Executive Search, HR Executive Leadership and Management Consulting experience across several industries including Consumer Package Goods, Financial Services, Non-Profit, Media & Entertainment, Life Sciences and Management Consulting.

His business growth and executive search experience has concentrated on C-level and strategic leadership roles. Successes have included general management, human resources, legal and professional services, marketing, sales and business development, product management, and business development.

Prior to joining Taplow, Darryl held enterprise-wide senior executive decision-making roles with industry leading organizations such as Revlon Inc., Aon/Mc:agam, DHR and Cushman & Wakefield. 

During his tenure with Revlon, the global color cosmetics, and beauty goods manufacturer as their US Head of Talent Acquisition.  Darryl was instrumental in the development of a best in class talent acquisition team with documented achievements including the successful upgrading of senior level talent, the development an onboarding program that improved retention of new hires by implementing strategic check points throughout the new hire lifecycle, as well as, the implementation of strategic hiring initiatives that advanced Revlon’s ability to recruit and hire consumer packed goods experts from sector leaders like Kraft and P&G vs. prior activity which was isolated to pure industry competitors such as Avon and L’Oreal.

In his role with Aon, as McLagan’s Chief Talent Officer, he was tasked with the development of initiatives to scale projects that provided best practice solutions that advanced the data-driven decision making process for large and small financial services firms with an emphasis on Total Rewards related factors.

During his professional career, he has been a thought leader and trusted advisor to both internal and external client’s.  He earned his BA from SUNY Buffalo and lives in South Orange NJ with his family.
